  • Wash sweet potatoes thoroughly and pierce a few times with a fork
  • Bake at about 350 degrees until tender
  • Let sweet potato cool slightly and scoop it out
  • We drizzled ours with a little bit of homemade cane syrup and added a side of thinly sliced blanched collard stems + leaves
