WELCOME TO PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT

This page will guide you through what to expect from start to finish.

Everything begins with your New Product Development Request Form.

Provide as much detail as possible about your product idea, goals, and desired outcome.

Once submitted, we’ll schedule a video meeting to discuss your concept and next steps.

Before lab work begins, we’ll send your Product Development Agreement for signature.

After your project is confirmed, our lab begins formulation work.

Within approximately 10–12 weeks, we’ll send you one prototype unit for review.

You’ll test the sample and provide feedback, and we’ll make small adjustments as needed until your final formula is approved.

Once you approve the formula and all fees are submitted:

You’ll receive an SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) outlining your non-exclusive rights to the formula.
Non-exclusive rights include terms & royalties.
You’ll have the option to purchase exclusive rights to your formula at that time if you prefer.

You may handle packaging yourself or request assistance.

If you’re managing packaging, simply send us your packaging for testing — there’s no additional charge for up to three trials.

We’ll confirm compatibility and provide feedback.

Please note: We do not create product graphics or labels. Secure your own graphic design services if needed.

Once your formula is finalized, you may request a 100-unit proof-of-concept production run.

Units are provided without retail labeling but will include a required ingredient label.
If you supply your own label graphics, we’ll apply them at no additional charge.

Each product development project covers one SKU — one formula, size, scent, or color.

Once your project is complete, you’ll have the option to begin development on additional products.
